Prior to the Red Wings’ game with the Minnesota Friday evening, general manager Ken Holland discussed the trade he made a few hours earlier with Washington. Detroit sent defenseman Nick Jensen and a fifth-round pick to the Capitals in exchange for defenseman Madison Bowey and a second-round pick in 2020. More on the trade here.
