The USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program Under-18 Team roster will have a slightly different look next season.

Four players will not be returning to the Plymouth-based organization for the second season of their two-year training program – Michigan natives Blade Jenkins and Will MacKinnon, along with goaltenders Ryan Ullan and Keegan Karki.

MacKinnon, Ullan and Karki have all been selected by USHL teams in today’s Phase II Draft.

Per NTDP policy, the club does not comment on players leaving the program.

Attrition is typical; the NTDP is a unique environment for any hockey player, especially juniors in high school. The roster spots will be filled; those announcements will come at later dates.

Notable players added to U18 Team rosters include West Bloomfield native Tommy Miller, Brighton native Grant Gabriele and 2016 first-round draft pick Kieffer Bellows.
