VIDEO: Megan Keller makes surprise visit to hometown rink, former youth association

On Tuesday night, Farmington native and Olympic gold-medalist Megan Keller decided to make a surprise visit to her hometown rink and her former youth hockey association. Keller skated out onto the ice at Suburban Ice Farmington Hills to surprise the 14U Honeybaked girls team and wish them luck at the USA Hockey National Championships, then she went over and photobombed a 12U HB girls’ squad trying to take their official team photo. In between, it was photos and selfies and hugs galore with Keller, who played for SIFH-based programs her entire youth hockey career before moving onto Boston College and Team USA.
