NTDP announces annual Star Wars Night for Jan. 20

PLYMOUTH – On Dec. 16, Darth Vader skated onto the ice at USA Hockey Arena.

He was in attendance to announce the National Team Development Program’s annual ‘Star Wars Night’ – a fundraising event for C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor.

For the fifth time, Team USA will wear Star Wars-inspired jerseys during their Jan. 20 game against the Sioux Falls Stampede. The jerseys will be auctioned off to raise money for the children’s hospital, which is just down the street from the NTDP’s original home in Ann Arbor.
