The hockey season is barely into November, but Robbie Beydoun already has multiple weekly awards from the USHL.

The Plymouth native was named the USHL’s goaltender of the week today, his second time receiving the award in the 2016-17 season.

Beydoun posted a shutout – the third of his season – for the Waterloo Black Hawks on Saturday night, stopping all 25 shots he faced.

It’s a new personal best for Beydoun, who posted two shutouts last season while playing for the Fargo Force.

A Michigan Warriors and Compuware alum, Beydoun currently holds a 5-1-0-1 record on the season, and he’s one away from his 20th career USHL victory.

He leads the USHL in goals-against average (1.23) and save percentage (.955).
