Last weekend, 124 girls teams from across North America gathered in Metro Detroit for a massive girls’ hockey tournament once again.

The Bauer World Invite and 200×85 combined to run the Bauer World Invite event from Nov. 11-13.

“The Bauer World Hockey Invite serves as an annual event to bring some of the best girls’ youth teams to Metro Detroit for a fun weekend,” said tournament director Julie Pardoski before the tournament. “We strive to make it an exceptional experience for all the participants, and it’s great to bring so many girls together as we work towards growing the game.”

The Bauer World Invite held divisions at the U12, U14, U16 and U19 age groups and Tier 1/Tier II classifications (A and AA for Canadian teams). Here are the tournament title winners:

  • U12 AA Tier 1 – Little Caesars
  • U12 AA Tier 2 – Chatham Outlaws
  • U14 AA Tier 1 – Waterloo Ravens
  • U14 AA Tier 2 – Brampton Canadettes
  • U16 AA Tier 1 – Little Caesars
  • U16 AA Tier 2 – London Devilettes
  • U19 AA Tier 1 – Ontario Hockey Academy
  • U19 AA Tier 2 – Saugeen Maitland Lightning
