MIHL announces 2015-16 awards; Brother Rice’s Bowman named league MVP

The Michigan Interscholastic Hockey League has announced its 2015-16 season awards, with plenty of players receiving recognition from the prestigious high school hockey league.

Brother Rice forward Nick Bowman was named the league’s MVP, after he racked up 25 goals and 25 assists for 50 points on the year.

Goaltender – Daniel Sendek, Brother Rice

Defensemen – Jack Clement (Brother Rice), Joey Verkerke (St. Mary’s), Alex Kreutzer (Catholic Central)

Forwards – Nick Bowman (Brother Rice), Matthew Hensley (De La Salle), Sam Knoblauch (U of D Jesuit), Grant Reszczyk (St. Mary’s), Joe Mancinelli (Catholic Central), CJ Regula (Cranbrook)All-Division Teams
