Pierre McGuire doesn’t know who Jeff Blashill is

Last night during the Red Wings vs. Blues NBC Sports broadcast, Pierre McGuire had a little trouble finding one of his interview subjects.

Leading into his on-bench interview with Red Wings head coach Jeff Blashill, McGuire approached…assistant coach Pat Ferschweiler.

But hey, we’re good with Ferschweiler getting some facetime, too. He did an outstanding job with the Western Michigan Broncos and Grand Rapids Griffins before joining Blashill’s coaching staff in Detroit.
