Petr Mrazek just added to his trophy case.

The Red Wings’ budding star was named the 2014-15 Red Wings Rookie of the Year today by the Detroit Sports Broadcasters Association.

Mrazek, 23, played in 29 games for the Wings this past season, and he recorded a 16-9-2 record with a 2.38 goals-against average and .918 save percentage.

Among NHL rookies who started in more than 15 games, Mrazek ranked first in save percentage, second in shutouts (three), second in goals-against and third in wins.

The former Grand Rapids Griffins standout also recorded a .925 save percentage and a 2.11 goals-against average in the Red Wing’s seven-game first-round playoff series with the eventual Eastern Conference champion Tampa Bay Lightning.

Mrazek was a fifth-round selection by the Wings in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
