NHL Central Scouting preliminary 2014 “players to watch” list released

The NHL Central Scouting Services announced their preliminary 2014 “players to watch” lists for the 2014 NHL Draft today, with plenty of Michigan natives and connections making the cut.

The CSS breaks players and goaltenders down into A, B and C ratings for their preliminary lists, which they do for both North American players and international players.
