Kalamazoo Wings release 2014-15 training camp roster

The Kalamazoo Wings announced their 25-man training camp roster today, as the ECHL club gets set for the 2014-15 regular season.

Forwards: Ludwig Blomstrand, Jean Bourbeau, Matt Caria, Justin DeMartino (Macomb), Derek Famulare, Max Gavin, Colin Hekle, Eric Kattelus (Traverse City), Ray Kaunisto (Sault Ste. Marie), Colin Murphy, Lane Scheidl, Joey Sides, Alex Szczechura, Justin Taylor

Defensemen: Sam Ftorek, Sacha Guimond, James Isaacs, Issac Macleod, Spencer McAvoy, Zach McCullough, Derrick Pallis, Joe Sova, Ben Wilson

Goaltenders: Joel Martin, Larkin Saalfrank

The K-Wings’ training camp kicks off on Oct. 8 and continues through Oct. 15. Their first preseason game will take place in Toledo, when they square off with the Walleye at 7:15 p.m.

On Oct. 11, the K-Wings will welcome the Walleye to Wings West for a 7:30 p.m. preseason game that will be free to the public. Wings West is located on 5076 Sports Drive.

The K-Wings will conclude their preseason slate of games on Oct. 13, when they travel to Indiana for a game with the Fort Wayne Komets.
