U.S. roster for 2019 World Junior A Challenge announced

USA Hockey has announced the 21 players who will make up the U.S. Junior Select Team for the upcoming 2019 World Junior A Challenge, and there are six Michigan names on the list.

The roster for the World Junior A Challenge features some of the best players from the USHL each season. This year, the tournament will take place Dec. 7-15 in Dawson Creek, British Columbia.

Congrats to the Michigan names on the list:

Ryder Rolston – Birmingham – Waterloo Black Hawks – Notre Dame commit – NTDP alum

Brendan Brisson – Manhattan Beach., Calif. – Chicago Steel – Michigan commit

Sean Farrell – Hopkinton, Mass. – Chicago Steel – Harvard commit – NTDP alum

Josh Groll – San Diego, Calif. – Lincoln Stars – Michigan commit

Mitch Miller – Sylvania, Ohio – Tri-City Storm – North Dakota commit – Compuware, HoneyBaked alum

Logan Stein – Suwanee, Ga. – Waterloo Black Hawks – Ferris State commit – Oakland Jr. Grizzlies alum
