PHOTOS: Sabres visit Red Wings

Jack Eichel and the Buffalo Sabres rolled through Little Caesars Arena Friday night, and they picked up a 3-0 win over the Red Wings during their visit. Jake McCabe and Sam Reinhart scored for the Sabres, while Linus Ullmark stopped all 41 shots sent his way. The game marked the NHL debut for Givani Smith – the Red Wings’ second-round pick from 2016 registered two shots on goal and one hit in 11:01 time-on-ice.

The Wings have now dropped seven straight games; on Sunday, the defending Stanley Cup champion St. Louis Blues come to Little Caesars Arena. (Photos by Stefan Kubus/MiHockey)
