Game 1 went to the visitors Tuesday night, as Michigan native Tommy Parrottino scored the game-winner in overtime for the Youngstown Phantoms in Game 1 of the USHL Eastern Conference Final with USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program in Plymouth.
