Trevor Hamilton signs with Griffins

Trevor Hamilton is coming home.

The Grosse Pointe native has signed a one-year deal with the Grand Rapids Griffins after concluding his senior season with Penn State.

Hamilton, 23, is a USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and Muskegon Lumberjacks alum.

He was named the Big Ten’s defensive player of the year for the 2017-18 season after posting six goals and 23 assists for 29 total points and a +13 rating.
