MAHA announces 2019 Selection Camp dates, locations

The Michigan Amateur Hockey Association has announced the dates and locations for its 2019 Selection Camps for boys, girls and Team Michigan (high school boys).

The Team Michigan tryouts – where a team of juniors and a team of seniors is assembled to play in the prestigious CCM NIT Tournament in Minnesota – will take place March 22-24 at the Arctic Coliseum in Chelsea.

There will not be a girls’ Team Michigan in 2019.

The girls’ MAHA Selection Camp for all age groups will take place at Novi Ice Arena April 26-28.

The boys’ MAHA Selection Camp is as follows:

• District 2/3/4 Selection Camp: March 19-24 – Dearborn
• District 5/6/L7 Selection Camp: March 21-24 – East Lansing
• District U7/8 Selection Camp: March 22-24 – Marquette
• MAHA 16/17 Selection Camp: May 9-11 – Taylor
• MAHA 15 Selection Camp: June 16-21 – Sault Ste. Marie (Lake Superior State campus)
• Maha 14 Selection Camp: June 23-28 – Sault Ste. Marie (Lake Superior State campus)
