PHOTOS: Muskegon’s perfect start continues with win over in-state rival NTDP in Plymouth

The Muskegon Lumberjacks took their perfect record on the road Friday night, and it wasn’t a problem for the USHL’s top team. The Jacks improved to 8-0 with a 7-2 victory over their in-state rivals, USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program, in Plymouth. Oliver MacDonald, Brock Bremer, Alex Gaffney, Bobby Lynch, Danil Gushchin, Alex Yakovenko and Cam Knuble all scored for Muskegon, while Brandon Bussi stopped 38 of the 40 shots sent his way. The NTDP had two call-ups competing with their Under-17 Team in the contest – Blake Biondi and Michigan’s own Kienan Draper. (Photos by Michael Caples/MiHockey)
