Despite missing a chunk of time due to a lower-body injury, Tyler Parsons impressed so much between the pipes for the London Knights that he was named the OHL’s goaltender of the month of November, the league announced today.

Parsons, a Chesterfield native, posted a 6-0-0-1 record in November after missing three weeks with a lower-body injury. He posted a 1.83 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage.

The Calgary Flames draftee holds a 8-1-1-1 record on the season, and ranks second in the OHL with a 2.39 goals-against average and .917 save percentage. He has a two shutouts in his 11 games, as well.
