USA Hockey announced this morning that they have made 12 cuts from their roster for the National Junior Evaluation Camp, currently taking place in Plymouth at USA Hockey Arena.

Michigan natives Alex DeBrincat, Tyler Parsons and Nick Boka still remain on the U.S. roster, as do University of Michigan players Joe Cecconi and Luke Martin.

Max Jones, Sean Day and Brendan Warren are the Michigan natives on the list of players no longer taking part in the camp.

The NJEC – a week-long camp featuring players from the U.S., Canada, Sweden and Finland, goes through Saturday in Plymouth. It serves as a training ground and evaluation camp for teams as they prepare to select their rosters for the upcoming World Juniors tournament.
