USA Eagles win 2016 14U Tier II national title

The USA Eagles will be coming home with a national title.

The representatives of the USA Hockey Club of Michigan prevailed over the St. Lawrence Thunder today to win the 2016 USA Hockey National Championship at the 14U Tier II 3A age bracket.

Jack Luer scored two goals and added an assist, while Jake Plizga and Michael Atto also scored for the Eagles in the title game. Max Miller and Sam Evola split time between the pipes, making a combined 22 saves to lead their team to victory.
