The Red Wings announced their pre-season schedule for the 2013-14 season today (something we didn’t get to see last year due to the lockout). Detroit starts the pre-season in Pittsburgh, and has home games against the Penguins, Blackhawks, Bruins and Leafs. Click here to see the details.

Meanwhile, the Griffins have announced significant parts of their 2013-14 regular-season schedule. The AHL champs will raise a banner before their home opener on Oct. 18.
