Shaved Ice – Feb. 28

Rough night for the Wings.

Detroit started their back-to-back West Coast games last night, and could only muster up a fluky goal from Kyle Quincey in a 2-1 loss. Bright spots in the game were the return of Quincey, Brendan Smith and Johan Franzen…poorly-lit spots were the two goals they gave up in the third to lose to the defending Stanley Cup champs.

The Wings are back at it tonight, though, as they take on former teammate Brad Stuart and the San Jose Sharks. Puck drops at the fantastic 10:30 p.m. EST time-slot. Feeling for MiHockey’s Darren Eliot for the late nights at the FSD studio.
