Andy Greene had his number retired by Trenton High School on Wednesday, and we’ve got the photos to prove it.

The Wolverines topped the Bowling Green Falcons on Wednesday. We were at the MiHockey offices late, wrapping up the high school preview edition of MiHockeyMag, so we missed the game. Here’s the recap from the Wolverines’ official site though.

The NHL has officially canceled all games until Dec. 14, and they have canceled the All-Star Game in Columbus, as well. Bill Daly is quoted as saying that the league will work hard to get the All-Star Game back to Columbus in the near future. I’ll believe it when I see it.

The IIHF announced their 2013 Hall of Fame class, which includes Mats Sundin and Peter Forsberg. They will be officially inducted on May 19, 2013.

Apparently the cast of “Red Dawn” bonded while they were at a Red Wings game. Wonder if that makes the movie any better…
