Michigan native Justin Abdelkader says a deal is almost done between him and the Wings, as well.

Jordan Pearce and Francis Pare are on their way to Grand Rapids.

Highlight reel

Donald Fehr says that the lockout can be avoided, but that it will be up to the owners to make it happen.

The KHL will be putting a limit on which NHL players can join their league if there is a lockout. Kind of interesting that they would do such a thing; wouldn’t you welcome any and all players from the best league in the world?

Two of the top Columbus prospects will be returning to their juniors teams.
